When our bodies don’t feel great, our mind/mood and spirit can follow along, which makes it even harder to recover. If you are struggling with a physical illness, pain, or exhaustion, mindfully exploring the connection between the body, mind, and spirit, might help you discover inner resources that can help you accept where you are and provide hope for the future.
In this body-focused meditation, we’re focusing on how the body, and the mind, and the spirit work together to bolster each other. How the mind and spirit can step in when the body feels weak, or tired, or there’s illness present.
